The Bureau of Customs (BOC) β Port of Cebu, led by District Collector Alexandra Yap-Lumontad, visited Big Blue Logistics Corporation, the largest cold storage facility operator in Cebu, as part of its continuing efforts to strengthen partnerships with industry leaders and support the growth of trade and investment in Cebu.
During the visit, Port officials toured the companyβs state-of-the-art facilities and gained valuable insights into its cold chain operations, which play a critical role in preserving food security, supporting local industries, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods throughout the country.

The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Stephen Castillo, Founder and Owner of Big Blue Logistics Corporation, whose vision and leadership have transformed the company into one of the countryβs leading logistics and cold storage providers. Beyond building a world-class facility, Mr. Castillo shared his passion for creating opportunities that will drive economic development and position Cebu as a premier logistics and investment destination.
