The transition was formally introduced during an intimate gathering, “Partner’s Night: An Evening to Reconnect and Refresh,” where valued media and corporate partners were invited for an evening of meaningful conversations and shared experiences.
Ron Manalang, Cluster General Manager of Seda Cebu took the lead in introducing Jeryl Tio. “As we move forward, we look forward to strengthening our partnerships and creating more opportunities to collaborate and celebrate milestones together under his leadership,” said as he turned over the mic to Tio.

Supporting this vision is the refreshed direction of Misto, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, which now features a brighter ambiance, more interactive stations, and an expanded selection of offerings.
A key highlight is the introduction of Robata at Misto, a Japanese-inspired grill experience that showcases smoky, fire-kissed flavors and freshly prepared cuts. Designed to elevate the buffet experience, the Robata station brings a more dynamic and engaging element to dining. Locally made special sauces from Dumaguete added an extra flare to the flavorful meat skewers.
Robata at Misto is available every Saturday, a dinner buffet for Php 1,599 net per person.
